Introduction and History

ESS Primary Care Solutions Ltd was established in 2008 by Sue Crabbe, Dr Shereen Rahman and Dr Evan James as a provider of community specialist clinics within the NHS. ESS specialise in Dermatology in the London Borough of Waltham Forest.

In 2010, we opened a brand new health centre in George Lane, South Woodford. The centre continues to provide a high-class Dermatology specialist service.

ESS continues to be managed by its founders and is supported by a capable clinical and administration team, dedicated to providing outstanding patient care.

What we do

ESS Primary Care Solutions are providers of accessible, high quality community specialist clinics. ESS boasts a highly qualified multi-disciplinary clinical team who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care in the community.

The service is supported by a competent and experienced administrative team, who oversee the running of the clinics and all associated administrative tasks and provide a dedicated telephone contact service for patient bookings and general queries.

Patient care is at the forefront of the ESS ethos, and patients appreciate the access to high quality clinical care in a comfortable local setting. We pride ourselves on consistently high patient satisfaction levels and clinical outcomes, as evidenced by our on-going audit process.

This is a great achievement for ESS and is a tribute to our exceptional standards of care and innovative work practices.

Charity Involvement

ESS are proud supporters of Village Aid Bangladesh, a charity set up by one of our Dermatology GPSIs, Dr Ahsan Sowdagar. 

Village Aid has set up a Community Health Centre project in Kakilakaura. The Health Centre provides access to basic health care to the poor men, women and children in the area. Village Aid also arranges various medical camps.
